The investment group led by Joseph Greenberg and Brad Coven purchased the 226,000 sq. ft. two building, class “A” suburban office park in late 2017. These institutional grade buildings had been 78% occupied at purchase contract execution. Within a year and half after purchasing the property, after adding numerous parking spaces and selectively demoing and re-positioning several office suites within the complex, we are pleased to report the buildings are nearly 98% occupied and are outperforming our expectation.
