54 Chevy, LLC

Purchased from RACER Trust, the former GM Transmission Plant, located in Parma, Ohio, 54 Chevy LLC, has been a redevelopment and leasing success. This 575,000 sq. ft., 60-acre property was transformed into a multi-tenant and industrial development site by the partnership led by Joseph Greenberg. The front 24-acre parking lot was sold to Pit Ohio, which built a modern logistics center on the site. Nearly 400 jobs were created, and the investment has increased close to fourfold in value. 54 Chevy was sold in the first half of 2020.
