In 2015 we purchased Corporate Circle, a trophy suburban class “A” office property which is composed of two buildings totaling 120,420 sq. ft. The office park had been roughly 75% leased at our acquisition. Upon purchasing the property, we immediately renovated both lobbies, the conference center and the men’s and women’s restrooms in each building. Additionally, we professionally cleaned the parking garages, painted them and installed energy efficient and modern LED lighting.

In 2016 / 2017, we replaced the roofs on each building, as those the seller had installed had failed due to being put-in when the weather was too cold outside. Within 2 years of acquiring the property, we had leased the buildings to full occupancy with an excellent tenant roster of mainly Fortune 500 tenants.
